With over 30 years of industry experience, David has helped create some of hospitality’s most acclaimed brands. As the former Chief Operating Officer for Andre Balazs Properties, he oversaw the management of nine uniquely positioned hotels including the Standard brand and the Mercer in New York, the Chateau Marmont in Hollywood and the Chiltern Firehouse in London. Previously David was Managing Director at Ian Schrager Hotels.
Kim is a recognized leader in hospitality finance and management, with experience in mergers, joint ventures and corporate restructuring . As the former Chief Financial Officer for both Andre Balazs Properties and Commune Hotels & Resorts, Kim was responsible for financial performance of the hotels, as well as the management company. Previous experience includes key roles at Marriott International and Starwood Hotels and Resorts.
